The Court primarily addresses the civil legal needs of disadvantaged, low income, and moderate-income Floridians through the 8th Judicial Circuit Pro Se Self-Help Clinic. The primary mission of the pro se self-help clinic is to help families navigate the judicial process from beginning to end. The main objective is to provide reliable information regarding procedure and effectively case manage the pro se cases to achieve a timely and just outcome. The self-help clinic also strives to meet the needs of each individual family by connecting families with available resources in the community which promote non-adversarial decision making regarding children and families
