Recognizing that access to the civil justice system is a fundamental right, the Access to Justice Board works to achieve equal access for those facing economic and other significant barriers. The Access to Justice (ATJ) Board continues to track and evaluate its progress under the directives of this Court’s 2012 Amended Order (page A-1). The ATJ Board continues to refine its mission through the mechanisms it has established to do so: Access to Justice Statement of Principles and Goals (page A-4); Hallmarks of an Effective Statewide Civil Legal Services System (page A-5); the 2006 Plan for the Delivery of Civil Legal Aid to Low-Income People in Washington State (State Plan); and the ATJ Board’s annual priorities.LINK: http://www.wsba.org/~/media/Files/Legal%20Community/Committees_Boards_Panels/ATJ%20Board/2013%20ATJ%20Annual%20Report%20with%20attachments.ashx
